Know Your Enemy

The stolen title (from Noam Chomsky's 1957 theoretical basis for machine translation and cognitive linguistics, Colorless green ideas sleep furiously) of this section of my web sprawl is the result of a growing restlessness within that began with the occupation of the Whitehouse in 2000 by the Bush dynasty, fueled by the further shenanigans of our dictator and solidified by the inexplicable legal election of that criminal regime by my terrified fellow citizens. I wake with a hunger so fierce it startles me out of bed at all hours in search of sustenance— information, solace, any clear voice to pierce the churning cloud of colorless lies starving the life and hope out of nations. These collected resources are culled from the fruits of those sleepless hunting trips and left here in the hope that our hearts and minds are as open as our big, greedy mouths. -Leigh
